    A chocolate peanut butter pudding, ideal for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert! 

    Made from a base of chia and hemp seeds, this pudding is thriving with key vitamins and minerals including Omega-3's, calcium, magnesium, zinc and many antioxidants.
    Also a great source of dietary fibre, healthy fats and protein, containing nearly 20g of protein per 300g serve. 

    Ayurvedic nutritional philosophy believes chia seeds can help promote healthy and regular digestion whilst nourishing the blood.

    Mixed with cacao and peanut butter, for a decadent flavour profile!
