How to Cook Gluten-Free Multigrain Fusilli Pasta

Bring Water to a Boil
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil. Ensure water is covering pasta. Atleast 3x water to paster ratio. -
Add Salt (Optional)
Add 1–2 teaspoons of salt to the water to enhance flavour. -
Cook the Pasta
Add the pasta to the boiling water. Stir immediately to prevent sticking.
Cook uncovered for 8–12 minutes, checking from 5 minutes onward for your desired texture. -
Drain (Do Not Rinse)
Once cooked to your liking, drain the pasta in a colander.
Do not rinse — this helps retain flavour and sauce adhesion. -
Serve and Enjoy
Toss with your favourite sauce or add to your meal kit ingredients.
