    Crafted in Italy by Bioitalia, this certified organic fusilli combines the goodness of quinoa, buckwheat, corn, and rice into one perfectly textured pasta.

     

    With a flavour profile that rivals traditional durum wheat pasta, this gluten-free alternative holds its shape beautifully and pairs effortlessly with any sauce.

    Made from just four wholegrain ingredients and no additives, it's ideal for those avoiding gluten or simply wanting to add more variety and nutrition to their plate — without compromising on taste or texture.

    Ingredients:
    Organic corn flour (75%), organic rice flour (10%), organic buckwheat flour (10%), organic quinoa flour (5%)
     

    Our 350g raw portion, will roughly expand 2.5 times, which should get you aprximately 875grams of cooked pasta.

    How to Cook Gluten-Free Multigrain Fusilli Pasta

    1. Bring Water to a Boil
      Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil. Ensure water is covering pasta. Atleast 3x water to paster ratio. 

    2. Add Salt (Optional)
      Add 1–2 teaspoons of salt to the water to enhance flavour.

    3. Cook the Pasta
      Add the pasta to the boiling water. Stir immediately to prevent sticking.
      Cook uncovered for 8–12 minutes, checking from 5 minutes onward for your desired texture.

    4. Drain (Do Not Rinse)
      Once cooked to your liking, drain the pasta in a colander.
      Do not rinse — this helps retain flavour and sauce adhesion.

    5. Serve and Enjoy
      Toss with your favourite sauce or add to your meal kit ingredients.

    Pair with a Garden oif Goodness sauce; Creamy Alfredo, Mac n Cheese or Lentil Bolognese.
