As I don't normally add salt to anything that I cook, the saltiness seemed to come through even though there's technically only a tiny bit of salt in the dish. OK for most, I guess, but not to my taste. The frittata was a bit dry & crumbly. Apart from my reaction to the saltiness, this meal was mostly OK.
