    Plump, juicy, and naturally sweet — these Organic Whole Dried Figs are a deliciously wholesome snack straight from nature. Also known as Ficus Carica from the mulberry family, our figs are certified organic, sun-dried, and completely free from pesticides, herbicides, additives, and GMOs.
     

    Each fig has a soft, chewy texture with a rich honey-like sweetness, complemented by tiny seeds that add a gentle nutty, earthy crunch.
     

    Naturally nutrient-dense, figs are a great source of dietary fibre, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and antioxidants — making them as nourishing as they are tasty.
     

    Perfect for snacking straight from the pack, adding to lunch boxes, or enhancing your cooking and baking. Try them chopped into granola, yoghurt, or porridge, baked into loaves and slices, or paired with cheese and nuts for an elegant platter.

    Dried Figs do not need to be cooked. They can be eaten as is or added to any cold or hot dish to enhance the flavour and nutritional profile.

    Organic Figs are perfect for snacking when you are on the go. They don't need refrigeration and carry well across all climates. Add them to porridge and your breakfast muesli or to your favourite trail mix. We suggest adding them to muesli bar recipes or in healthy muffins or fruit loaf.
