We suggest soaking your green lentils for 30 minutes prior to cooking. Make sure you drain the soaking water and rinse thoroughly.
Green lentils can be cooked on the stove top.
Bring a pot of water to the boil with ratio 1:3. 1 part soaked green lentils to 3 parts water. Let boil and simmer on medium heat for approximately 30 minutes or until tender.
