Store in an airtight glass container in a cool and dry location that is void from direct sunlight.
Refrigeration is recommended in warm climates.
This will last up to 18 months when stored correctly. Please see the Best Before Date.

We suggest rinsing quinoa before cooking.
Add your quinoa to a pot of boiling water and simmer for 20 minutes until or until al dente. You will know its ready when you see little ‘tails’ appear and the seed swells.
Drain remaining water and fluff to serve.
1 cup of dried quinoa will cook to about three cups.

Quinoa can be served hot or cold and makes a great alternative to rice or gluten-based products. It pairs beautifully with stir-fries, salads, curries, or even porridge. Quinoa also shines in baking, adding texture and nutrition to cakes, muffins, and pancakes.
