    Organic White Basmati Rice is a light, aromatic, and versatile pantry staple — perfect for everyday meals or special occasions. This long, slender grain rice is naturally gluten free, low in fat, and a healthy, cost-effective weekly staple that pairs beautifully with almost any cuisine.
     

    Classified as an aromatic long-to-medium grain variety, basmati rice cooks up fluffy and buttery with a delicate fragrance and soft texture. It’s ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner — from nourishing bowls and curries to salads and stir-fries.
     

    During gentle processing, the bran and germ are removed to extend shelf life while maintaining purity and quality. Our rice is Certified Organic, non-GMO, and completely free from preservatives and additives, ensuring every grain is as wholesome as nature intended.

      Store in an airtight glass container in a cool and dry location that is void from direct sunlight.
      Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
      This will last up to 18 months when stored correctly.

    Oven

      White Basmati Rice can be steamed or boiled and will produce a deliciously fluffy and buttery consistency. We suggest a 1:3 ratio if boiling. 1 part rice to 3 parts water.
      Simply add rice to boiling water and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender. Reduce heat and let sit for a further 5 minutes before draining the remainder of the liquid and fluffing with a fork. Rinse with room temperature water and then it is good to serve.

    Microwave

    suggest a dash of mapA traditional Indian inspired rice, white basmati is a flavoursome side dish to accompany your favourite curries or stews. It goes well with creamy coconut flavours and spice. It is also a great addition to salads or as a base for fried rice.

    If you have any leftovers, it can even be re-used for breakfast, brunch or a snack the next day. Simply reheat adding your choice of plant milk and sweetener. We le syrup. Add spices like cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger and serve with fresh berries, yoghurt or stewed fruit.
