A vibrant, gourmet whole-food salad that’s nourishing in every bite. This organic wild-rice medley features a rich mix of wild, black, brown, and white rice, paired with protein-dense lentils and fragrant fresh herbs. Crisp apple adds a juicy crunch, while bursts of tart cranberry and the earthy snap of walnuts bring both sweetness and depth.
